Notice is hereby given of the 49th (2018) Annual General Meeting of the Capilano Rugby Football Club in The Alex Mahood Room, the Clubhouse, Klahanie Park on Thursday, November 22nd at 9:00pm.
As per the current club bylaws, the Capilano Rugby Club has formed a nomination committee chaired by the current Vice-President. The committee invited suggestions from all voting members to submit names who the committee should consider for nomination as director. As a reminder to all club members, these suggestions are to be sent to Craig McLaren at craigwmclaren@gmail.com
More details on the meeting will follow by email within the next few weeks. This is a very important event on the club calendar and we ask all Capilano RFC members to attend the AGM. Please help share the date and time of the AGM with all Capilano RFC members.
