On behalf of the Capilano Rugby Club we would like to invite you to our 7th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Day. On October 13, 2018 our club, together with our opponents and all of our supporters, are committed and excited to continue our three part initiative. 1) Raising funds to help patients fight cancer and help doctors find a cure 2) Increasing awareness of this deadly disease in our community 3) Honouring the lives of those affected by cancer.
This event features all the Capilano Senior Rugby teams playing at home. Both the Capilano Premier Women and Premier Men will be wearing pink jerseys that have been purchased by local donors to contribute to the fundraising efforts. Before both games a short jersey presentation will occur with some of the donors. Also, players from all the teams will also be wearing pink socks with the money raised from these sales going towards the cause. The schedule for the home games are listed below.

– Food Truck announcement

The Burnaby Lake Rugby Club have been big supporters of the event over the years and we are happy to have them at Klahanie again on this day. We are also looking forward to having the Surrey and Kelowna involved in the event this year.
